The Resilience to Bend and Mend
You Are born to Overcome Adversity and Heal Your Wounds and Others

Through introspection and a willingness to embrace change, you navigate life's trials, realizing that you are never truly broken, but rather evolving and growing stronger with each obstacle overcome.
Sometimes the experiences we encounter can bring us down so low that we may feel shattered. We perceive ourselves as shattered, our hearts as shattered, our finances as shattered, etc... We mention shattered friendships, shattered contracts, and so forth and so on... Every aspect of our entire journey of L.I.F.E. seems shattered. This is because we have chosen to view L.I.F.E. through shattered lenses. The truth is that the only thing truly shattered is our ego.
Your feelings are hurt, and you may feel taken advantage of, or have lost something that you felt you needed or wanted, but in reality, there is nothing that is ever truly shattered because you were born perfectly whole and complete.
You were born as a perfect emanation of Spirit and created with Spiritual Glue that possesses great flexibility. You can never be less than whole because that is how you were created. You can bend in every circumstance and situation. You may even bend in half, but still, you will not break, no matter how low you may feel you are.
It is at the point that you have been stretched the most that you have enough flexibility to be propelled back into a new experience with more than you ever thought possible before.
The issue with shattered thinking is that you fail to recognize that you are being stretched. You fail to see that everything that seems shattered is merely an opportunity to stretch you beyond a painful event into something bigger and greater that awaits you.
Life is about change. You cannot remain the same person you were yesterday. You feel stuck because who you were yesterday does not work today.
You had to evolve from being a little child into the adult you are. You had to allow change to occur in your mind so that you could grow mentally. The problem with being an adult is that we become so complacent in the state of mind we are in that we do not allow change to simply happen.
We are not receptive to change. So L.I.F.E. will compel the necessary changes we need because IT is always expanding and growing. Thus, to expand, you may find yourself feeling shattered, because you have not expanded your mind into the fullness of who you are evolving into so the Universe shakes things up so you can.
Resilience means relinquishing yesterday in recognize your flexibility when things seem to shatter. Even when your heart aches the most, you are not shattered. You simply are moving through an emotional healing space that permits you to take the pain you feel and use it to learn more about the POWER you possess within.
You feel the pain because your ego feels offended, victimized, used, and is afraid to grow into the unknown for fear of more pain. However, as you begin to truly confront the pain you feel and examine the lessons it holds resilience takes over and you begin to heal and grow.
You can never truly be shattered, no matter how bad you feel. You cannot shatter; you are made of Divine material. You are destined to heal mentally, physically, and emotionally. You may feel broken but you are only momentarily out of commission while you make the necessary adjustments in mind to allow your healing to take place.
As you start to evolve into self-mastery, you begin to use your challenges to delve deep within to analyze yourself so you can course correct and grow and you realize that healing comes quicker as you are gain more information, wisdom, and guidance from within.
This is the use of your own resilience. You can bend past the breaking point and rebound in the opposite direction with more POWER and moving forward anyway.
